ROCK HALL — Artwork created by Rock Hall Elementary School fourth-grader Bella Postles was selected to grace the cover of this year’s holiday greeting card for Kent County Public Schools. Postles was recognized by the Kent County Board of Education for her artwork, which was mailed to community members and partners throughout the entire state, during a meeting Monday, Dec. 9.
